I mitt eget paradis

So. Now Im a married woman. Me and dear J went up north of Sweden to get married. Thats why I havent blogged for some days, because the internet sucks and I did not have the time to blog. I will show you pictures a little later.

I got a new computer. Dear J bought me a red pc. Thats how it is to live with a computergeek.

Sometimes I hate computers, cellphones and other technique! Today I hate my sd card for my cellphone. I was taking photos for this blog on Baby E new clothes. I was supposed to take pictures on his stuffed animals. Guss what?? When I tried to insert them into the blog, my computer said "Que?" "what are you trying to do? There is no photos on this card! You stupid woman!" Whats worse is that I had Baby E:s first photo there. Fortunately, I can get them back because I have sent them to some of my friends and the in-laws. Pewww!!

But again, I HATE SD CARDS!

It have been some crazy days latley. On Sathurday we went to a friend of J that had his 40 year old party. Of course Baby E was the youngest guest there. He also got a present!


Baby E has a cousin that turned 2 year on sunday. Of course it was a birthdayparty! Baby E also got presents, even if it wasnt his birthday. He was supposed to get them when we got home from the maternity ward. 

Today we went to J job to say goodbye, last friday was his last day. After that we went to the second hand shop to leave a tv (fat tv). After that some arrends and after that the midwife again. Baby E gain weight and this time the midwife was happy. Whoohoo!

Now? We are tired after just 2 ½ hours sleep and a very buzy day so we will just chill in the couch. Tomorrow is another day and we have to go to our old apartment to pick up the last stuff and after that - the realestate agent to sign the last paper and leave the keys.

I will show you some pictures later, but my sd-card is broken so I have to get a new one and take pictures!

Me and Baby E was visiting the midwife today. Unfortunate Baby E doesnt gain weight as the midwife wants so now he has to eat replacement aswell. 50 ml each time I feed him.

Later today a friend of mine is going to come and visiting me and we are going to eat delicious shrimpsandwich. I promise you to show you a picture!

When I was at the maternity ward my dear J came to me with chocolate and a icecream.

Mommys little hardrocker! Imagine Ramones song "Sheena is a punkrocker" - but sing " E is a hardrocker". This is one of the first pictures we took of our baby boy.

Ok, Im a sucker for her moves. I just have to learn how to do thoose hipmoves.

We slept until 11 and at 13.30 it was time for a meeting with Baby E:s midwife. Baby E gain weight again but not as much as the midwife wants. So now I have to breastfeed him and THEN pump out milk and give it to him. Talk about feeling like a cow. After that I had to leave the key for the apartment to the company that is going to clean it. After that I went to do some small choirs. The day just flew by and before I realised it, it was evening (18.00).

We have just relaxed in the couch for some hours now. I have tried to feed Baby E. He is just tired - poor thing!

Tomorrow? Nothing planned and I hope to spend the day in the couch. On friday a dear friend is coming to visit me. It was several weeks since I saw her. We are going to eat a delicious shrimpsandwich.

Today I went to our old apartment just to check out what we have to move before thursday, because then a company comes to clean the whole apartment.

I also found a nice outfit for Baby E for him to wear when he needs to be dressed up. It is a shirt, west, tie, pants and a jacket.

* Make several phonecalls 
* Laundry (both wash and put away)

After that? Just a lazy day, yesterday was J last day paternity leave. Baby E had a bad night (his first) so we (read I ) didnt get that much sleep - all you parents outthere knows what Im talking about. But its ok, I survive.

The day just flew by. I hardly know which day it is. But I got this in the mail.

Guess who bought them? Hint? Not me, not Baby E so who is left? Dear J.

Since both of me and J are night owls we rarely get to bed before 2 am we usually sleep a bit longer - today until 10.30. And yes Baby E does that to (but he wakes up at night and wants to eat).
Today a friend of mine came by to take babyphotos. We at Ceasarsalad for lunch, talked and had nice time. For dinner (at 21.30) we had barbeque. After that we drove her home. The girls is going to be Baby E godmother. A very smart woman that - just like me - like to train hard and tough. A good role model for my baby!

Today my mother-inlaw washed windows in our "old" apartment while me and J picked up some stuff from the storage.

Its a weird thing this friday the 13th. Why is everybody so scared about it? For me it used to be a friday when I watched horrible horrormovies. Not anymore.

Anyway. I forgot to tell you about the "goodiebag" (babybags) I got at the maternityward. To be exact - I got 2! They were filled with diapers, small bottles with schampoo, babyoil, babywash and other stuff for the skin. We also got some clothes.



When we got home I totally missed that on the kitchentable there was lots of babyclothes. Mother-inlaw! Here is some of them.



And as if that wasnt enough my aunt sent us lots of clothes. Here is some of them:






And dear J boutht baby E some clothes. He picked them himself. Baby E first designer clothes! Molo it is.

Today we had baby E:s midwife at home. They always do a homevisit the first time. She had some questions about if me or J had allergies and so on and if we smoked. She also weighed baby E. He has gained weight again. Thats good. It is sunny and hot today and I wish I could be at the beach, but since I have a tiny baby (only a week old) so that is not an option. But me, J and baby E took a walk to throw paper and stuff. Soon time for dinner, Im hungry.

I have never been good at knitting and crochet. But I can learn! Its a challenge - and it is to never give up!

Sorry for the bad update, it was a tough night. Little E was not happy at all. He ate good all day and was happy. Dear J went up to change diaper once, I went up another time, I gave baby E food, I comforted him and did everything I could to comfort him but still he was not happy. Dont get me wrong, he didnt yell, just silent whining. I went up and left the bedroom so J could sleep. And there on the couch me and baby E fell asleep for 45 min. This was around 7am. Now it is 13.30 and he finally sleeps peacefully. Poor baby E. I was supposed to meed J downtown but I think we need to rest at home instead.

I will update with more fun posts later.

Just a quick visit here. I have had internet for almost 2 days, who knew that I was such an internetaddict!

Anyway. Today we visited E new midwife or do you call her midwife? I know I have a midwife, but the baby? Since babys always loose weight after birth its important to make sure that they gain it again. He gain weight since sathurday with 65 gr. Not more then a drop in the sea but still an increase. Later Im gonna show what my aunt sent us or baby E should I say. AND what dear daddy bought his sweetheart. Not to mention what E:s grandmother bought him and what she made for him.

The meeting with he midwife yesterday went well. E is gaining weight. After that J brother, his wife and daughter visited us.

We got to bed way to late but Baby E doesent care. He was hungry before 7 so it was just yo put on a happy face and go up, change diaper and feed him. We'll see what happends now

We are at home from the maternity ward. E was born with an emergencycut because of his breathing problems. Both mother and son is fine. We are just now overcomming new routines like feeding and sleeping. Todays schedule is a visit at the maternity hospital to weight E and check up his jaundice.

Sorry for the bad update but Im at the hospital. On tuesday I  got my baby. 3331 gr and 50 cm long. Both of us is fine and we are recoverring at the hospital now.

Today we invited the in-laws and J aunt for dinner. 3 course! J made it all. We had a nice time and ate to much. I also had contractions today. At first just light ones, but now evey half hour and more intense. The other day when I called the maternity hospital they said that when the contractions is every 2-5 minutes its high time to get my ass in. I hope to update you.

I woke up today to rain, I like to sit outside (under a roof, preferly a tinroof) and just listen to the rain. When I was a kid we used to travel with the caravan during my parents holiday. It was nice thoose days it rained, because my bed was just under the caravanroof.
Now I dont have a tinroof but I have a balcony with glassdoors.

And btw - 2 of our 3 cats have spent their night at this balcony - they got locked out! Poor cat, lucky for them its not cold outside. And they didnt get wet despite the rain.

On friday I bought a changing mat for the baby. I forgot to take a picture for you. Here it is.

So. The baby hasnt come yet. Is there a "birthdance" - like the indians have their raindance? If so let me know. I do not wanna go overtime! Im in week 41 now (or 40 +1 as the midwife says).

Early this morning J woke up to go to the bathroom, guess what he dicovered? That of the cats had pooped in the bed! Gahh! Up, throw the bedclothes in the washingmaschingmachine. After that a breakfast. And then off to bed in the spareroom ( I refuse to be up at 7am o a sunday just because of a cat!) We slept for a couple of hours and then started to google what a new mattress pad will cost. Expensive! So now we thinking of washing the one we have, but it is way to big for a washingmache and to send it to dry cleaning will probebly cost so much that it is better to buy a new mattress.

Now Im sitting on the balcony (it was sunny like 2 minutes ago) and drinking a latte and eating a bananasplit. Yummy!


After this, its time to take care of the mattress. Not fun!
