Valentine's Day occurs every 14th of February, the same day as "Single Awareness Day". That way, Valentine's Day nestled itself into Swedish society along with one of our most deeply honored traditions. Valentine's Day is simply a distraction from the true reason to celebrate. I personally support the Single Awareness Day, as single people deserve a lot more attention then couples.
However, I would like to point out that I really don't think anyone deserves anything.
